I see this picture everyday, since it is sitting right above my computer. I just thought that I would share it with the rest of the world. This is me at the start of the AMBC Breckenridge Firecracker 50 from July 4, 2003. This race rocks! 2 big 25 mile laps. A little over 4 hours on the bike. The racers are lined up on main street...as you can see in the picture....and they leave town while kicking of the local 4th of July Parade. Cool! I am not sure if they are having the race this year, but I do know that there is going to be a Breckenridge 100 in July which is really wetting my whistle. Who wants to go?
