Just a few things to note.
If you read just one blog post today...make it this one. Congrats dude!
Holy crap! My teammate, Sloane, updated his site and blog.
Have you picked up the new issue of Dirt Rag yet? They have some high praise for some of the products that I use and also speak highly of. Those products are: Cateye Triple Shot, Tifosi Q3 with fototec, Ergon grips, and the Avid Flak Jacket shift set.
Yesterday's bike workout gets 2 thumbs up. Lots of sweating. Lots of contorted facial expressions. Lots of sore muscles. Best thing, is that as I type this I feel like I didn't even do anything yesterday. That's good, cause I have some weights to throw around. I am just about ready to move into my last phase of weights. Next phase will include 3 sets of 50 reps at 50% of max. All that at a high speed to learn to deal with the "burn".
G-Ted is crunching the fine details of the Trans-Iowa V2 recon. Racers should be seeing a Newsletter some time in the next few days. Also look for updates on the event website.

Can I get a huge AMEN for the folks coming into the shop to inquire about high end road and mnt bikes. Makes me smile.
A thanks to DQ and Greg Rassy for the nutrition. I hope the site works out for you guys.
Still messing with the Irwins's-Toyota team kits. I am trying to come up with something...odd?
I finished the Carleton College team kit. You can see it here. Very Euro in my mind.
