Ice, Ice, Baby!

Dang! I have a day off from work, and I can't even get outside to ride. Why you ask? Because there is a quarter inch of ice covering everything. The theme song for today is Ice, Ice, Baby by Vanilla Ice.....ya know ya want to sing it! We are in the midst of a freak ice storm. Travel is not advised....that's not good. This must be a sign from God to be inactive today and to recover. I suppose I could try to go outside and ride, but I don't want to risk crashing and breaking a hip or something. That would be a major set back in what has been successful training so far this off season. So since I am stuck in the apartment all day, I am going to get some of the Trans-Iowa paper work taken care of.
