• 2.5 Week Test Run.


    So far I have had a little over 2 and a half weeks on the Recover-Ease product. The idea behind the product is to consume 4 pills after your workout daily. On extreme workout days and/or races you are to consume up to 8 pills to get even more recovery assistence.

    As of now I can say that I have noticed a difference in my recovery time, and how my body feels after a hard workout. Since I started using the product I have not had sore muscles. The biggest thing I have notice that blows my mind away is how my legs always feel snappy now. I no longer have "lead-legs" when I get out of bed following a death march workout. There are numbers out there to back these statements. I feel this product has some great results if you follow the usage directions along with solid eating habits, stretching, and good sleep patterns.

    My basis for these statements comes from 3 hour spin bike sessions and high intensity weight lifting. The true test of this product will come after that first 12 or 24 hour event.

    So far I really don't have any downers to this product. If you really wanted to get picky I supposed you could say that swallowing 4 pills is a bit much. But, really, there are worse things out there.
