    Lets face it, music helps to keep us moving. It helps to motivate. It helps to pass the painful hours in the saddle and at the gym. I was searching for some high intensity music for the "pod" the other day and stumbled upon Podrunner. It got all kinds of techno'ish tunes to sweat to.
