Was supposed to be in Moab this weekend for a 3-day training binge with Sonya. Rain and the long term weather forecast killed that idea......the desert and water do not mix. Instead, I stayed local in Fort Collins to train. We had a awesome weather pattern going......highs in the 70Fs with sunny skies......but Saturday (today) the weather did a 180 and is giving us a taste of what October should be like. Temps sitting at about 40F with rain and flurries. Sunday looks better, and the training will continue. Below is a break-down of the Brasil Ride specific training camp.
