It snowed last night. It was cold and windy today.....I had to break out all the thermal gear again. Lucky for me, the intense Colorado sun melted all the snow before my session with pain and drooling....but it was still cold and windy. My legs felt like I was dragging a boat anchor on my eight 340+ watt intervals. I kept looking back only to see nothing.Oh and by the way, the new saddle I installed yesterday (see post below) is ass nirvana! Or should I say taint-errific?
