    Up!  Up!  Up!
    4 x 4 minute hill repeats today up the hogbacks behind the football stadium. Did the same workout last week...but today, the legs were a bit tired in L5 wattage. Was able to meet the workout requirements....but it wasn't as easy as last week. I'll rest up the rest of the day....get in the final hard weekly workout tomorrow....then focus on having a good ride at the MSC xc up at Sol Vista. Next update will come from the road sometime after Friday.
