    8 days with 30 hours of training time equals no bike. One thing on the plan since Friday...and that is rest. Rest on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and today.

    I am resting, and good at it. When I rest, I do not really blog much....unless you want me to blog about work related emails and forum posts. So, I sit here and mellow out. Slowly chipping away at the work pile....and waiting for UPS to deliver a few boxes from Germany containing more Topeak-Ergon team equipment.


    Game on again this weekend. Grrrrrrrr.
