• Now what?

2006 season is coming to an end. The local endurance scene is pretty much done till next April. There are still numerous events around the country, but copious amounts of money are need to compete and get there. It's just not an option for me. I would like to give 24 Hours of Moab another shot, but a estimated $800 bill just to get there and race and get home is gut bomb. Ouch!

Interbike is also coming up at the end of the month. It would be cool to get back, but once again, coinage is the limiting factor. Maybe something might come up. Who knows. G-Ted might be there.

So this week is going to be a down-low week on the bike. Right now the plan is to get up to Camp and work the trail all week. Now is the perfect time to get up there with the cooler temps. Also looks like we might start getting the trail signage up....and maybe a make-shift bridge to contect the north and south sides. That would give us about a 13 mile singletrack loop. Sweet!

Geez, with all this talk about low funds, I think it's time to start looking thru the industry again.
