It's Saturday, and this is the last day of rest. It's amazing how my legs feel. To finish off the R & R block, I think I am going to spin into the shop. Sunday, I will get things going again with either some hard mtb or road efforts. Local guys check your Inbox, cause i put a call out for "takers".

I am at the shop all day with Buchanandale, so come in and buy a Rush.
