• It has begun.

    The offseason training program officially began this AM at 9:00. 2 hours in the gym doing some light cardio and weights followed by a 1 hour easy mnt bike spin. I am sure I will be sore tomorrow. The gym was interesting, to say the least. In the 2 hours I was there, I had 4 people whom I didn't know ask me how my season went. That was cool. I gave them a brief run-down. I should have asked them how they knew about me.

    Anywho, time to eat some food and slam a protein smoothie.

    Then to the shop.
